Red/Fallow Deer Workshop
The workshops are based at Bradgate Park,in Leicestershire. This park supports a wild herd of around 200 Fallow and 120 Red Deer and these deer are slightly more acclimatized to humans and sometimes pre-occupied during the rut, making them easier to get close to.
I know the areas in the park where we can get close to the Deer, whether, it is crossing the river,a favourite Deer wallow or their favourite rutting stands.
The workshops run from 6.30am till around 4pm with a break for a cooked breakfast around 10.00am and numbers are limited to just 5 people to ensure that you get lots of time for tuition
You will need a minimum 400mm lens, a tripod(for the morning session) walking boots and a waterproof camera cover.
Over the course of the full ay we will walk 6-7 miles a resonable level of fitness is required
